John Hall BSc Est Man FRICS FAAV Agricultural and Property Dispute Resolution in the Midlands

John Hall is an agricultural and rural property dispute resolution specialist based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

John is is known for his involvement across a wide range of rural property transactions, from sales and lettings to strategic advice for farmers and landowners. A large part of his role is focused on development land and promotional agreements to advance residential and commercial projects.

John serves as a rent and rating advisor to the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association, sits on its National Council, and acts as an arbitrator on property dispute matters, regularly receiving appointments from the President of RICS and private professionals.

He played a key role for a decade in the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT), overseeing the sale and letting of large warehouse spaces within a 4,000,000 sq ft scheme.

In his spare time, he is a keen golfer.
