EXPERTS IN RURAL ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Whether the dispute relates to property, business or family, our members have the experience and expertise to bring about a cost-effective solution.
The Association of Rural Dispute Resolvers (formerly Rural Arbrix) comprises Chartered Surveyors, Agricultural Valuers, Solicitors, Barristers, and other professionals who are active in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) within the rural sector.
Our members sit on the dispute resolution panels of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and the Agricultural Law Association (ALA).
The Association brings together practitioners who share a passion for improving ADR in the rural sector.
